Dear Members,
We invite you to add your name to the 2021 ballot to serve as a Regional Representative to the Instructional Technology Council (ITC) Board of Directors! We are looking for individuals at ITC Institutional or Consortia Member organizations located in the Northeast, North Central and South Central regions to serve a two-year term as a Regional Representative to the ITC Board of Directors.
Northeast: Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont
North Central: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, Wisconsin
South Central: Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas
ITC Regional Representatives:

  • Traditionally attend two (2) face-to-face, two-day Board Meetings each year (end of July and mid-November) as well as the Annual Conference - eLearning.
  • Participation on monthly Board calls. 
  • Contact new members in your region to introduce their organization to ITC activities and services.
  • Communicate at least once per quarter with members of their respective regions

ITC recognizes there may be situations that preclude a Board Member from participating in-person as this past year has certainly shown us. During the remaining phases of COVID-19, exceptions will be made for in-person meetings should college travel restrictions with unforeseen budget freezes or cuts be made preventing college staff from traveling. 
To be included on the ITC ballot: 

  • ITC 2021 Regional Representatives Form
  • A letter of support from your college President/Administrator. This letter should show that you will receive financial support for any face-to-face meetings you will be able to attend.
  • A statement of interest of why you feel qualified to respresent your region on the ITC Board of Directors. We will include this statement on the ballot.

ITC will conduct an email ballot in May 2021. The new term will run from July 1, 2021 - June 30, 2023.
Please complete the form and submit your supporting documents by Friday, May 7, 2021.
